Hi Turnip,

Since this forum is discussing about Access developing, and your issue seems more related with the product feature of Access, I will move this thread to the more related forum.

Thanks for your understanding.

Best Regards,

Edward

Hi Bob,

Just to make sure this is not an Access issue. Did you try to apply conditional formatting on an empty database with some test data? When I open a form in design I can apply conditional formatting.

Another option can be that the dialog is hidden behind the form. Because you are working on a previous version I'd try to convert a copy to the new environment of Access 2013 to see if that helps.

I am assuming you are talking about conditional formatting on forms right?

Thanks Maurice, Conditional Formatting, I did open a new blank database and imported all my ,Forms,Reports, and queries, but the dialog box still didn't open in Conditional formatting. Funny thing is that I lost all my button shapes and hoover colours when I imported to the new database. tried creating a new form to test Formatting still no box, everything else seems to work............Thanks for your help....Bob

Either Forms or Reports still have the same issue, try to convert a copy to a new environment ? is that what I did with the blank database?

Thanks Bob
